Walter P. Chrysler, the American Locomotive Company and a 1932 Newsreel
American Locomotive Company played a brief but important role in the career of a great American automobile executive Walter P. Chrysler. In December 1909, Chrysler's first manufacturing job was superintendant of the Pittsburgh Works plant of the American Locomotive Company.
